NEED HELP?
Got a flat tire?
Do you feel a little deflated?
Sometimes most of us experience a disappointment or a set back - our tire is a little low, but we are able to continue on.
But there are times when something happens and our tire is flat, we can't go on. We need some roadside assistance.
We want to try to help. We can't guarantee that we can help everyone everytime, but we will do our best.
Please remember we are a small church and have limited financial (money) resources. We assist our congregation first and then try to help those in the community.
Since we are based in Middletown, that is the area we minister to. If you live in a community outside of our area, please find a caring church that can assist you.
What do you offer?
We can try to put a little air in your tire, but don't ask for a new set of tires. And we certainly won't buy you a new car.
(These are all metphors of course.)
What we don't do is give out money. Any finances asked for, requires a process ... a form and evaluation (by a committee).
In many cases there will be requirements (attendance is not required, but appreciated), but more of how you spend your money. A spending journal or possibly a plan may need to be developed with proper training to help you manage your resources better.
We are good at solving problems, if you are willing to work with us.
